Iain Warren has become the first person who has passed through the junior ranks of the club to obtain a UKCC 1 coaching qualification.
Iain who will be 17 in April joined EMWCC as an under 11. He has played through all the junior age groups to U15 and last year played in the newly formed Senior Third Eleven.
Iain along with several other of the older juniors became a Junior Coaching Leader last year and decided to continue and to take the UKCC 1 coaching course. This culminated in him obtaining the qualification as a Level 1 Coaching Assistant on 27.02.10.
